How long is shipping?
Shipping is typically 1-4 business days depending on your address.
How long is processing and handling?
Please allow 24-48 business hours after placing your order for process and handling. Order ships immediately afterwards.
Do you accept returns?
How do I make a return?
To make a return email your return request to support@OGoddess.co with your full name, order number and reason for return.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 3 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Apparel in same new and unworn condition is returnable within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and in original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Goddess Gems products
- Goddess Skin products
- Under garments
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE item cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received and inspected your return please allow up to 3-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
